Model Behavior...

We love our new photographers. One of the girls has known Tommy forever. They took such wonderful pictures of Erin in the bluebonnets and all around. They have a great eye and both girls were so good with Erin.

They asked us if they could use her in their Summer Special Internet campaign. They brought over a paint set and had me put Erin in all white. She took to it like a duck to water. It was hilarious. She dove right in with both hands (and feet)!

I'll tell everyone I know to use Hard2Hold Photography. They do great work, especially with little kids.

Rollin',Rollin', Rollin'...

Okay, we went to the country this weekend to spend time with Granny and Grandpa.  The boys were already there when we got there.  Erin follows Jake and Luke around the whole time we're there.  Those kids were into everything.  The biggest hits were the 4 wheeler, the golf cart and the lawnmower. 

My in-laws house is built into the side of a hill.  The attached video is the kids on the side of the house climbing "the mountain".  I know I'll never be Mother of the Year because I keep watching this video and laughing hysterically.

First School Picture, Ever!

As you know, we call Erin's Daycare school.  She loves going there and is very excited in the morning to go to school to play with her friends.

They had a photographer in there the other day and he said he tried like crazy to get Erin to smile but she refused.  Of course, he wanted me to buy the total package, but as you can see, it's not a great picture of Erin.

I bought it because I plan on buying this and ALL of her school pictures all the way to graduation.  I don't know why I'm doing this other then I just want to and think it will be cute one day to look back year after year at the school pictures.  (Okay, so occasionally I am sentimental!  Good thing it's a rare event and please no one tell Tommy.  He'll think the body snatchers have gotten me!)

Happy Easter

We were invited back to Aunt Lolo's for Easter again this year. Erin has figured out how to hunt for eggs and we had a great time. She and William got to hunt first. (Yes, Erin won, but she does have the unfair advantage of being able to walk and William is only just starting to crawl.) It was funny to see where William is in relation to where Erin was last year. I guess this means if we're invited back next year it will be game on between the cousins. William will be old enough to figure our what he is supposed to do with the eggs.

Running Scared...

And no, I'm not talking about the old Richard Pryor movie.

We set up the sprinkler for Erin this weekend and she was anything but impressed with it.  Daddy and I ran thru and tried to show her but I think the water was too cold still for her.  It was like 85 degrees on Sunday but the water was cold coming out of the faucet.
