Hostess With the Mostest...

We hosted our first play day today.  One of Erin's friends from her class came over.  Avery and Erin are partners in crime at school, and it seemed like the perfect fit to have them get together.  We were supposed to have third girl, but Grace couldn't make it at the last minute.

We painted and played outside and in the toy room.  For two only children they got along great.  Towards the end Erin was starting to get miffed and wanted toys she hasn't played with in months just because Avery was playing with it.

When it was time to go Avery got mad and didn't want to leave.  I take it that means your play date was good when the other kid refuses to leave!
